Every day of Brave Camp encompasses a theme of the day based on our signature Brave Journey Program. These themes are incorporated into Brave Camp’s fully immersive program, symbolic exercises, creative expression workshops and guided inner work.

With singular activities such as meditation, vision mapping, daily journaling, and expression through music and art, campers will learn self esteem, self-awareness, and individual bravery. These valuable lessons will be necessary to tackle those age-specific life challenges – like bullying, peer pressure, self-expression, and other social issues. 

In addition to Brave Camp’s signature mindfulness curriculum, campers will participate in fun camp activities that include archery, walking trails, rock climbing, kayaking, team-bonding games, basketball, swimming lessons, go-karts, arts & crafts and more!
